🔒 TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1. Services

We provide website design, business cards, and related digital services. Each service is defined by the selected plan and agreed scope.

2. Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to start any project.

• The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.

• No website, files, or access will be released until full payment is received.

3. Turnaround Time

• Delivery timelines (e.g., 48–72 hours) begin only after all required content is received.

• Delays in client response or content submission will result in project delays.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide:

• Text content

• Images/logos

• Business information

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete content.

5. Revisions

• Plans include limited revisions (1–2 rounds unless otherwise specified).

• Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

6. Domain, Hosting & Email

• Included services (if applicable) are valid for 1 year only.

• Renewal fees are the client’s responsibility.

• Failure to renew may result in website suspension or domain loss.

7. Refund Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

• If the client cancels the project, payments made are not refundable.

8. Ownership & Rights

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final approved website/design.

• We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Business losses

• Third-party hosting or service failures

• Search engine ranking results

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

11. Post-Delivery Changes

After delivery and approval, the client is entitled to up to three (3) minor updates per year at no additional cost.

• Minor updates include: text changes, image replacements, or contact information updates.

• Additional updates will be charged at $25 per change.

• Major updates (redesigns, new pages, new features) require a separate quote.

12. Business Card Design Policy

Business card designs are not fully custom.

All designs are created using pre-designed templates available in our website portfolio, customized only with client information (logo, name, contact details, etc.).

Custom design requests are not included unless agreed in writing and may require additional fees.

13. Shipping Policy

We offer shipping within the United States via UPS or similar carriers.

Shipping Rates:

• Orders under $50 → $15 shipping

• Orders $50 – $99.99 → $9 shipping

• Orders $100+ → FREE shipping

Processing:

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after design approval and full payment.

Notes:

• Tracking will be provided.

• We are not responsible for carrier delays.

• Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees.

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once marked as delivered.
